“Churches in the Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly will ring out to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day”
To celebrate the Feast of St. Patrick , Archbishop O’Reilly has asked that church bells be rung throughout the Archdiocese, tomorrow, St. Patrick’s Day, at 11.00a.m.
In the Archdiocese we will join with Dioceses throughout Ireland, participating in the bell ringing, as a sign of the bonds of faith and community that bind us together.
The bell ringing is a summons to continue to act in the interests of our neighbours and our communities. These are not normal times, let us work together for the good of all.
We pray through the intercession of St. Patrick, that the Irish people and family members away from home may be safe from all harm.
Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly
